Shannon’s journey began after earning her degree from the University of Minnesota, leading her to a decade in operations management at high-profile establishments. Her entrepreneurial spirit then took her to Denver, where she launched a successful pet services company, gaining hands-on experience in leadership and the rewarding challenges of business ownership. In 2020, she and her family embraced Southern California, eager for a new chapter by the coast.

Outside of the office, Shannon’s commitment to making a difference extends to her volunteer work with Shelter to Soldier. Her love for animals and the outdoors underscores her genuine, community-focused spirit, aligning seamlessly with our team’s values of trust, integrity, and lifelong client relationships.

Nicole Loux is a California native, born and raised in Orange County. Her experience of living in Costa Mesa and Newport Beach gives her an understanding of the intricacies of the local market.
